Open a new blank Internet Explorer window click on "Help"(on menu bar) go to About Internet Explorer.

                                                          Internet Explorer Version should be 5.5 and above

Cipher Strength should be 128 bit**.(If not found then click here to download patch and install).

Is your Browser Java / Java Script Enabled ?Find out

Open a new blank Internet Explorer window.

Check for the following.

A.  In Internet Explorer Tools -> Internet Options -> General  Tab -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> Radio Button for Every Visit to the Page is to be Enabled.(if not enabled then check the radio button and click On OK to Save the settings).

B. In Internet Explorer go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Security-->Internet-->Custom Level(scroll down)-->see if Microsoft VM is available or not.(if not found then click here to download and install . requires restart of machine).

C. Click on  Security Tab -> Internet -> Custom Level  Button -> Scripting ->

1) Radio Button for Active Scripting is to be  Enabled.

2) Radio Button for Scripting of Java Applets  is to be  Enabled.

Save the settings by clicking on OK buttons. Close the browser session and Start a new Browser Session.
