Pre-requisite: JAVA / JRE should be installed in the PC.

If the customer PC is installed with JAVA 1.4.x above then following settings may be suggested to enable MoneyClick login.

 

I) Settings for Internet Explorer 6.0 and above

STEP 1:

Customer with Java/JRE 1.5:

 

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Applet Tag Support -->  Check Internet Explorer check box

 

Customer with Java/JRE 1.6:

 

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Default Java for Browsers -> Check Internet Explorer check box

 

STEP 2:

1. Click "Tools" --> "Internet Options"

2. Select the Advanced Tab, and scroll down to "Java (Sun)"

3. Check the box next to the Java version

4. Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button

5. Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets"

6. Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked.

7. Click OK to save your preference.

 

II) Settings for Mozilla 1.x

 

 

1. From the menu bar, choose Edit --> Preferences

2. Select the Advanced category

3. Check the box labeled "Enable Java"

4. Click OK to save your preference.

4. Click Web Features > Select Enable Java

 

 

III) Settings for Mozilla Firefox 3.x

 

STEP 1:

Customer with Java/JRE 1.5:

 

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Applet Tag Support -->  Check Mozilla family check box

 

Customer with Java/JRE 1.6:

 

Open ->Control Panel ->click Java (Java (TM) Control Panel) -> Advanced -> Default Java for Browsers -> Check Mozilla family check box

 

STEP 2:

 

To enable JavaScript. From the Tools menu, choose Options -> Click the Content tab -> Tick check box "Enable JavaScript" & "Enable Java".Click OK,Close and restart your browser.

 

IV) Settings for Opera 10.x

 

1.Click on Tools

2. Click on Quick Preferences

3. Enable Javascript
