Karnataka Bank's Code of Conduct of Associate

The Associate is aware that its activities under the Agreement will be governed by the Model Code of Conduct of Associate applicable to Karnataka Bank issued by the National Housing Bank (the "Code") and it has received a copy of the same and agrees that the Associate and its Employees or Associate shall at all times abide by the Code. The Agent further undertakes that it will promptly report any violation or potential violation of the Code to Karnataka Bank.
