Online KYC Updation

As per RBI Master Direction, Banks have to have an On-going “Due Diligence of Customers” requiring them to collect and periodically update the KYC documents based on Risk Categorization of customers. For high risk customers Re-KYC need to be performed at least once in two years, for medium risk customers once in every eight years and for low risk customers once in every ten years.

Accordingly, the customers are hereby requested to submit the latest KYC documents, if not furnished recently. Now, in order to facilitate the “Low and Medium Risk” customers for submission of KYC documents through on-line, Bank has launched On-line portal.

All the customers who have not updated KYC in the recent past are requested to update KYC documents and keep the account in ‘Active’ status and continue operations.

Checklist of acceptable KYC documents:

Proof of Identity: PAN card/Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport/Driving License.

Proof of Address: Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport/Driving License.

*Please keep ready image of PAN card and any address proof (in jpeg format, size max 500 KB) for upload.
