What is KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking App?

KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking App is a digital banking application designed specifically for corporate customers of Karnataka Bank. The
application can be downloaded from Play Store on Android and App Store on iOS devices respectively.

All corporate customers registered for KBL ONE Corporate Internet Banking are eligible to register for the KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking App.

You may use your existing corporate internet banking portal credentials (username, password) to register for KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking
App¸
1.Download the KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking App from Play Store or App Store¸
2. Open the app and give permissions to manage phone calls and to access device location.ª
Ž3. Accept the terms & conditions and click on Register.ª
4. The app will send a one-time SMS message to verify your registered mobile number.ª
5. The mobile number will be auto-fetched in the mobile number field, click on Click here to Proceed”¸
€6. If your mobile number is linked to multiple customer IDs, the company name for which Internet Banking is active will be displayed. Select the company name for which you want to register the Corporate Mobile Banking App.ª
7.On selection of company name, usernames which are active in Internet Banking will be displayed. Select the user name for which you want to register the Corporate Mobile Banking App¸
8. You will be prompted with a one-time password (OTP) screen, which will be auto-fetched from your device.ª
9. Enter your Internet Banking username and Password, and click on Proceed¸
10. You will be prompted to set your MPIN for login. Enter the 4-digit MPIN¸
11. You are now successfully registered for the Corporate Banking app¸
12. On the login page, you may either login with MPIN or with your Corporate Internet Banking credentials

Yes, beneficiaries/payees can be added or deleted through the KBL ONE Corporate Mobile Banking App. However, any new addition of beneficiaries
will get activated after 30 minutes.

Please go to the "Forgot Login PIN option and reset the MPIN for auto unblock of login.

Yes, the app can be used on both national and international roaming, provided there are no country restrictions on the internet.

You should update your new registered mobile number at your base branch and proceed for the mobile banking registration.
